Organic CHICKPEAS produced in Lueysse in the commune of Laval du Tarn. It is on the arid lands of the Causse de Sauveterre, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, where the lentil finds the resources necessary for its development and gives it its unique and much sought-after taste.
