Here are some delicious recipe ideas to make with our organic chickpea flour:


1. Socca: Socca is a Nice specialty made from chickpea flour. Mix 200g of organic chickpea flour with 400ml of water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes, then pour it into a hot pan and cook it on both sides until golden and crispy. Serve with grilled vegetables or yogurt sauce.


2. Falafels: Prepare homemade falafels by mixing 200g of organic chickpea flour with 1 chopped onion, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, salt and pepper . Add a little water if necessary to make a consistent dough. Form balls and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve them in pita breads with raw vegetables and a yogurt sauce.
